District Family Clinics was born from a desire to bring back the warmth, trust, and personal connection of the traditional neighbourhood clinic. Our founders grew up valuing the familiarity and care of those family practices, places where patients felt seen, heard, and cared for.

As healthcare grew increasingly corporate, we set out to preserve that community spirit while embracing modern efficiency. That vision gave rise to District mHealth, our Mobile Health arm, created to bring quality care directly to patients’ homes.

Today, we continue to blend tradition with innovation, offering compassionate, personalised care wherever it’s needed most.
